Easily the best pizza in Corozal Town so far. The difference is the crust: soft and flavourful, rather than the chewy prefab stuff everyone else uses. I'm told the dough is their own recipe. March 2019 update: two more pizzas and a parmigian chicken since the initial review, and I'm happy to continue to recommend. Rick and his staff clearly want their customers to leave happy.

Shortly after relocating to Corozal Town, I found a treasure of nutritious and delicious Meals prepared by Rick, the Owner & Chef of RD Diner! My favorite has become his custome Supreme Pizza with a Salad chocked full of the fresh vegetables! I really appreciate Rick's excellence in Customer Service by customizing his home cooking to each customers specific requests and taste. Every day he sends me the Daily Specials as well as taking orders on WhatsApp! I've been here for several months and have not ordered from any other Restaurant in this Town! That alone should demonstrate how much I enjoy Rick's generous yet very affordable Meals!

Waiting for a boat to San Pedro on Sunday afternoon, there weren't many options where to eat. Luckily we came across RD's restaurant and got a great and affordable food as well as a warm welcome to Belize from Rick, the chef. We had a typical chicken stew with beans and rice, it was really tasty and full of flavor.

Had a great introduction to Belizian cuisine with Rick. The chicken stew was absolutely amazing! Also we had an insightful chat and realised straight away he has a wonderful, unbiased character. Shame we had to catch a boat!

What a wonderful experience we had this evening. Great stew chicken and the burrito was huge! We a great conversation with Rick, owner/chef/chemist and all-around nice guy. He has some great stories. Very affordable as well. If you are in Corozal, stop by and enjoy!

Best pizza in town hands down. Everything is fresh and you can tell. Ordered 3 pizzas on Saturday and came back again Tuesday! Try the meat lovers or vegetarian pizza are our favorites.
